Dream Work in the Jungian Tradition
Individual Dream Work sessions can take place in person or via video conferencing.
Dream Work sessions are a time to learn how to record and discern the meaning of your own dreams. In a safe space, you can discover your own truth as you encounter Divine messages for life that arise from the dream world. Dream work offers the opportunity to explore the meaning of symbols and images that arise from the dreamer's unconscious. The Dream Coach inquires of associations from each part of the dream as if all parts of the dream show a part of the dreamer’s authentic Self: ego structures needing to be strengthened or released, instinctual and body wisdom upon which the dream can rely, personas or masks put on to face the world, shadow energies banished or underdeveloped, energies of the past that have caught the dreamer in habitual patterns of thought or action called complexes, even collective and archetypal energies impacting the dreamer’s daily functioning. Working dreams over time allows dreamers to trace re-occurring themes that are arising from dreams and even heal from past trauma and triggers. Individual and group sessions give space to discern the wisdom of the dreamer’s own unconscious and move more fully into living as the dreamer’s true, authentic Self.
Individual Dream Work sessions typically are once a month for 75—90 minutes.
