Spiritual Direction

Spiritual Direction arises out of the ancient practice of Anam Cara or Soul Friendship. Sessions provide a safe space to listen together for the Divine Presence, explore, and deepen experience of and connection with the Spirit. Spiritual Direction sessions teach, provide, and encourage quiet for hearing the call of Spirit in daily life. Sessions combine quiet listening, verbal reflection, and creative response (according to interests of client). Spiritual Direction offers ongoing support for deepening spiritual life and faithfulness while assisting you in discovering your own inner Wisdom. It is helpful during intentional times of life discernment and can incorporate work with Dreams or Healing Touch. Sessions typically take place once a month for 75-90 minute. Individual and Group Spiritual Direction sessions can be scheduled, including private and group retreats.
